Tiger's Recruitment Criteria
- He/She should live in the same district foratleast5years.
- No Criminal record.
- Age limit - completed 25 years of age and to be with in 45 years of age.
- Should have passed a mandatory basic training course on security conducted by TPS.
- Should submit police verification.
- Should submit ID proof and age proof.
- Should submit health examination report.
- Should have passed minimum SSLC with Tamil and English writing skills.
Tiger's Training Schedule
- 15 days compulsory basic training related to Security, Safety, First aid & Fire fighting is imparted.
- On job training for a week at the deployed site.
- Traffic control and regulations practiee:
- Handling emergency situations.
- Maintaining their life style with clean habits.
- Vehicle, Visitor's, Material, Book-in, Book-out entries.
- Communication skills related to security.
- Maintenance of Turn out.
- Handing over/Taking over procedure.
- Roles and Responsibilities.
Tiger's Deployment
- Familarisation of Site.
- Understanding the client's requirement.
- Setting up of security posts and personnel.
- Formulation of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and Standing Instructions.
- Shiftchange and Duty timings.
- First aid and Fire points.
- Monitoring process.
- Feedback and correction.
- Presentation of Tiger Team before organisation head.
- Introduction speech by organisation head.
